Has your partner ever been treated for thrush? He might have caught it off you and is transferring the infection.
In the last 7 months I have had frequent sex with one partner and in the last 7 months I have gotten at least 5 yeast infections. A ridiculous amount! I wash with water and go to the bathroom after each time we make love. I take probiotic acidophilus every day. I wear clean dry underwear each day. I follow all the guides but still without fail get infected.
I went to the gyno twice about it. I switched birth control pills then stopped oral contraceptives all together. The gyno suggested to use more lube and always use a condom or have my partner wash up before sex.
After following all of these things I woke up today with another infection and another cut in my private region. I don't know how to prevent irritation during sex anymore than I am but the gyno said that this is probably what is causing the infections (especially since they started since I became active).
I would love to hear any advice on how to avoid irritation that leads to these infections and how to avoid the infection all together.

"Where Bright Lights and Angels meet.."
no he hasn't. He hasn't even had any symptoms of catching my infection. Never an itch or anything.
It definitely wouldn't hurt to get him treated though... Like Kerry said, you may just be passing it back and forth, but he may not even really think anything of it.

May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the crotch of the person who screws up your day and may their arms be too short to scratch.
Amen
Whoever said anything was possible obviously never tried slamming a revolving door.
