I live in the US. I wholly believe in pro-biotics to help with vag issues. However the refrigerated ones are so expensive. the ones i bought recently were $30! Anyone have suggestions? I've also bought cheaper ones at CVS, 2 billion live cultures, but i like a higher dose.....FYI, i havent beat BV yet. But i swear im onto something!

I'm not sure as I live in Ireland, but what about just plain natural pro-biotic yoghurt? I know how you feel (I suffered thrush for MONTHS) it's really awful to have these women problems isn't it? I take my yoghurt with some pineapple to up the flavour a little . Also do you have yakult where you live? They are pretty cheap they are little pot drinks and they have lots of pro-biotic cultures too. Hope this helps and really hope you get better soon, don't give up!

    Here are a few sources:

Stonyfield Farm Yogurt is a great source of probiotics. Not ALL yogurt will contain probiotics.

    Kefir

    GoodBelly fruit juice

Fermented cabbage (sauerkraut(, brined olives and salted gherkins

    Kashi Vive cereal

    Miso

    Tempeh
