Thread: Pain

Hi, I posted a thread already in a different area but I think it belongs more here! I have been experiencing a lot of pain during intercourse. I dont know if I am being paranoid but afterwards I feel my stomach is kind of swollen. Does anyone else experience this. It puts me off having sex, killing my sex drive as a result.

About a year ago, I started getting the pains that you are describing and I searched for help after I also started bleeding during sex. After getting a few Paps and visiting different Gyno's, I was never treated properly and therefore the symptoms continued. I then decided to do my own research and found out that my symptoms matched the one's for having Endometriosis. The problem with having this is there isn't a test that can diagnose it properly. Luckily, I found a Gyno that had treated this before and he gave me antibiotics to kill the bacteria and ovules to heal the lesion. I had a sore spot in my vaginal wall that ended up becoming tender therefore causing the lesion. The gyno had a vaginal ultrasound done on me and the lesion definetly showed up. You should definetely not ignore your pains because it can also be caused by other problems like an ectopic pregnancy or cervical cancer. Well, good luck and hope you find a cure for your pain.
