Hi I am 22 and had my period on July 27th. It lasted for a total of 4 days and it wasn't even "normal", it was brown. My next period isn't due to the end of this month but on the 10th of this month I went to the bathroom and there was this creamy, light pink discharge so I wiped and it after that it never happened again. I thought it was strange because it never has happened to me in the whole 12 years that I have been having periods or what not. I tried googling information about it but found nothing except it could be a sign of pregnancy. Well last night I went to the bathroom and I had dark brown discharge and after that it was gone. Nothing weird like this has ever happened to me. I can't get into the doctor for awhile so I am trying to get some answers to kind of calm my nerves down. I have no STDs and haven't been on any birth control for 2 years. There is no pain or discomfort except for a few back aches once in awhile. My boyfriend and I have been sexually active for a year and a half and we use the "pull out" method.

The brown blood, was probably old blood. It's normal and bound to happen to everyone numerous times in your lifetime. The creamy discharge could have been ovulation.

If you are not using any form of birth control other than the pull out method, you probably will want to take a pregnancy test.

The "pull out" method is very unreliable and alot of women have got pregnant using it, some semen is released before the guy ejaculates properly so there's a strong possibility you may be pregnant. If you're not then start using some form of birth control because pulling out doesn't count as one!
