Default Noticed bumps down there...long and TMI

A little background before I plunge into this way TMI topic:
I'm in my late 20's, I have an 8 year old. I've been with 2 people in the past year, I had a copper IUD placed in Nov. of '09 and removed in Feb '10 due to an allergic reaction to the copper. Before the insertion of the IUD they did the normal STD testing and all was negative. That's when everything went down hill, but that is another story... I've always had normal paps on a regular basis, and have always been careful IE BC or condoms. I was married for 6 years and on BC after my pregnancy.
    Now...
Earlier this month I went to the Dr. for a bladder infection, I finished taking my antibiotics and I thought it was cleared up but I'm not sure now. A week after the antib's I had a burning slightly itchy feeling, intercourse was painful like during the bladder infection. I had shaved after the BI and noticed a few small flesh colored bumps, they weren't irritated nor did the burn or change color. It scared me but I thought it was a side effect from either the BI or the antib's. After intercourse the bumps would sting a little, I was assuming it was from having sex and all that goes along with that.
I shaved again last night, and noticed the bumps are still there. Some resemble a mosquito bite, others are pimple like. None are red, they aren't hard, they don't fall into the characteristics of herpes or warts, they don't bleed, burn, have pus, or scab over. They are just there, and scaring me/driving me crazy with worry. I have a pap scheduled this afternoon, how should I bring this up. I really don't think it's an STD as I was tested in Nov. and I haven't changed partners.
    Please help me!

It's good that you're going to the doctor. It sounds like you might have a yeast infection. Sometimes antibiotics cause yeast infections. I am not sure about the bumps though. Have you switched to a different soap or just start shaving? Sometimes I get bumps from shaving, whcih is basically ingrown hairs or razor burn. They might want to do an STD check anyway, but they can't force you. Have you had any smelly or abnormal discharge, cottage cheese like? Smell like fish?

Right after the antibiotics and during the burning I had a lot of discharge, but it wasn't discolored nor did it smell. 2 days ago I thought I was starting my period, I was crampy and had what appeared to be the beginning of my period, not bright red but browninsh/old blood. That is pretty normal for me, but it stopped. I haven't had cramping or any blood since then. No other symptoms. This doesn't sound like an STD does it?

Waiting on my PAP results, everything seemed to normal though. As for the bumps she quickly ruled out any STD's and said they are unmistakenly molloscum. Now to try and treat them... I've read white vinegar and acv works, I'm gonna try neem oil and possibly the molluscum no more. It's a pox virus and can picked up from children or anyone infected.

I am glad everything checked out. As far as the brown discharge, it could be caused by stress, oncoming period, or pregnancy. It is quite normal though and I believe every woman gets that on occassion.
