In someone who is sensitive, antibiotics can cause reactions. This could be one. It's very likely that given some time this situation will correct it self. Why not see a naturopath and see what they make of it?
Hi I know that diagnosis cannot really be given or confirmed over the net, but I really at the end of my tether.
I am British living with my girlfriend in Hungary and she is experiencing a very harrowing and strange problem which none of the doctors we have seen can help or identify the condition.
My girlfriend is 33 years and we have a 2 and half year old son, and she has never had any serious illness before.
Around 5 weeks ago she went to the gynecologist with a pain in the left side( around the ovary area) he prescribed some antibiotics and she felt fine. Around a week later she had the persistent feeling that she had to urinate but could not, we went to another Gynecologist and again were given a different course of antibiotics. After finishing the course she began to experience extreme hypersensitivity of her clitoris and it leads to continuous unwanted orgasms.
I know this sound crazy but she is in real and constant discomfort, and she is really depressed, she can’t even remove her panties normally as she will have another unwanted orgasm. She also experiences a burning sensation when she urinates.
We have went other doctors and she had a 5 day stay in a local hospital but still no one can identify or treat the problem. She has had yeast infection tests, blood work, Antibiotics, countless other medications, ultrasound and even a brain CT and all results have came back clear.
Doctors here are just shrugging their shoulders but not pointing us in the right direction to go, they are quite rude and very indifferent to our plight.
This whole event is really hurting my family and really affecting my son because my girlfriend is really scared and can’t operate or function normally.
Can anyone recommend me who to talk to or has anyone heard of a similar problem before.
I have read about Priapism but her clitoris shows no change and is not swollen or erect, and we mention this to doctors who dismissed it, so I think it can be ruled out but I am not a doctor, can anyone help?

Back to the original problem, were tests and scans for cancer done?
This sounds like it is going to be neuronal based. The CT scan would look for the abnormalities in the brain like a tumor pressing on a part of the brain that can then lead to this specific clitoral symptom. But since nothing was shown then the doctor will have no idea what to look for next. Has she gone in for a PET scan? Maybe they can find an area of the brain that is inactive leading to another CT of that area.
Though if the nerves are experiencing hypersensitivity then it can mean the surrounding tissue is under inflammation. In which this would be immune based which would explain why the antibiotics worked when taking them. Inflammation is not always easy to find so it could still take a few tests to determine what is going on, while treating the burning sensation which is often an indicator of an infection.
