Have you had a swab taken to make sure it is actually thrush? If not ask for one as thrush treatments won't work on other problems.
i've been suffering with thrush for at least the past 3 months. It doesn't seem like a particularly bad case, as i'm not in any uncomfort from it... but it won't go away! i've been to the doctors 3 times about it (and looks like soon to be a 4th), have been prescribed pessary, two types of tablets and a cream and none of them have worked. have also been trying home remedies, eating bio live yoghurt, have even tried putting some "down there" and have been taking pau d'arco tablets. don't know what else to do!! feel ashamed having it, and have recently started seeing a new man, don't know how much longer i can keep all these excuses for not having sex up... !!

yes, i have had 2 swabs done both confirming thrush. My last course of tablets to treat it ended tuesday and whilst i was taking them it got a lot better, although didn't go completly, but since i've finished it has come back and a bit worse than last time i think, got a horrible yellowy discharge.
