Lately I've noticed that when I wake up in the morning, I'm really wet down there. Normally, if I've had a sexual dream, then the extra moisture is expected. Now it's almost constant. It isn't running down my leg or anything like that, but it is noticeable when I get up.

Also, the normal daily discharge has been different too. Not so much creamy as it is actually wet. It's leaving white stain marks on my panties.

What would cause this sudden change in down there moisture?
