hey all.
wondering what you all think.
ok, few months ago i found i had 2 std's (from same guy!) got that taken care of. just got rechecked a few days ago and theyre gone. but i am having a burning sensation..all the time! i asked the nurse who has been my health professional through all this..if my std's are gone..what could this burning be? she said an allergic reaction to soap, laundry detergent but i just know my body and those things have never bothered me before. she also said to try monistat but ive already done that and it hasnt helped. there is no itching, just burning. it is burning all the time, not just when I pee. is it possibly a UTI? should i go to a regular doctor or gyno and get tested for something else? what other causes besides STD and UTI could cause vaginal burning? sex is uncomfortable/kind of painful..not unbearable pain.. and also after sex there is a little bleeding, like a little spotting. its very frustrating i just want to feel normal again so what do you think i should do or what do you think it may be????

Yeah, I would go to my regular doctor and see what they say. It does sound like a UTI but could be something else as the burning is constant.
