Yellow discharge?Lower abdomen pain?

i have already suffer from this symptoms for months...went to gynae b4...have a infections test but the result is negative...i went to general doctor..they said is vaginal thrush...Is vagina thursh = yeast infection?if it is yeast infection but i cant feel any itchyness or vagina pain... doctor said the lower abdomen pain is due to movement of colon...is tat possible...i went to 4 doctor already...i need some advice....thank you.

Is there any smell to it ??, You should have some discharge throughout the day, The discharge is usually clear or milky and doesn't smell bad it helps clean you out..

If it smells bad it might be vaginitis..

i duno got smell or not...mayb a bit sour smell...but my lower abdomen alwys pain...if yeast infection shud be itchy but my one not itchy...
