Unhappy Treated for BV last week, Now what?!

I'd had a pretty serious case of BV and was just diagnosed about two weeks ago. After seeing my regular family doctor about lower abdominal/pelvic pains, an ultra sound ruled out any abnormalities. So I went to my gyno and was pretty relieved to finally have an answer as to why I was getting pain in my pelvic area: Bacterial vaginosis! Well, I took a week's course of Flagyl and a few days later got my period. It was kind of hard to tell if the Flagyl had worked, obviously...

So now, about a week later, I've noticed a very unpleasant sour odor with what seems to be a clear discharge. However, when I go to the restroom I notice this discharge appears yellow on my underwear. (Sorry not the most pleasant thing to have to read!) So I'm wondering if this is from the BV? Or possibly something else.

I hardly have any pain now, however, after intercourse a couple days ago, I bled during. This happened two days in a row that I had intercourse. In certain positions, i notice a pressure and slight pain in my left pelvic region. (The BV pain was originally on the right by the way) so I'm not sure what to think... It definitely doesn't seem like a yeast infection, I've had my fair share of those. All my STD tests have come back negative, and I've been with the same partner (my first & only) for three years. Someone had mentioned Endometriosis? Yikes! Can anyone help?

Sounds like maybe it is not gone? Or your period/bleeding brought it back on?
