Just eating it is the usual way to get it into your system. Find a carton of yogurt that has the words "pro-biotic" labeled on it. All this means is it has the same type of bacteria in the yogurt that you have living inside your body right now. The theory is that you increase the 'normal flora' or 'normal good bacteria' and drive out the bad bacteria causing infections. There is absolutely no guarantee it will work. But since many people love yogurt they could care less if it works or not because if it helps then it is a tasty addition to the day.
