Ive been having a bit of a problem the past couple days and it's gotten worse today.
I thought it was a UTI because i have recurring UTI's due to a hormone imbalance but I guess I'll just tell you what Im experience and maybe you could tell me if its a UTI or Vaginitis?

First off im eighteen, a virgin, i shower normally, i don't use douches, I have a hormone imbalance and just got over a bad IBS flareup (which i hear can cause vaginial infections due to the increased bowel movements) I had my period from the..20th to the 26th or something like that, of october.

I noticed last night I started having a brown discharge, sometimes its watery and sometimes its mucusy and it looks ALOT like the discharge you get before or after your period the dark brown discharge. Im having a fowl odor coming from down there i dont know if its fishy smell cause i cant really tell you what fishy smell is but its fowl and isnt normal. The discharge comes out enough to be seen on my underwear and today there was also light spotting when I'd wipe. The spotting comes and goes but the discharge has been there all night last night and all day today
Im also having pelvic pain that feel alot like menstrual cramps, a dull ache, tightness feeling right above my pelvic bone and in my lower back, specifically at night infact i wont have any cramps all day then all of a sudden at night it'll hit me
Im also having on and off itching and burning thats worse after urinating but the burning and itching is external it isn't up in my uretha.

My mom is telling me its UTI's but she doesnt know all the symptoms im having either. She gave me cypro to take but i hate antibiotics and refuse to take them, especially if i dont know its a UTI.
The reason I dont think its a UTI is because i dont have frequent urination and as far as ive seen my urine isn't cloudy infact last time i went it was near water clear. Plus sometimes I can actually feel the discharge coming out, and it feels more around my vagina.

Can someone please confirm whether this is a uti or vaginitis?! I need to start some kind of treatment fast!
