You may be able to call the doctor's office and just tell them what's going on and have them call in a refill without seeing you. Other than that, I know AZO sells UTI test strips that I think are 10-15 bucks (pack of 3) that you can buy to confirm it's a UTI and then tell them that it was positive, if it is or if it's negative, then you know it's something else and can take care of it another way. If you are already doing the cranberry tablets I can't really think of anything else you can do. Make sure you are wiping front to back and all that, but antibiotics will be needed since it's a bacterial thing and you don't want to let it go and have it spread to the kidneys.
