Unhappy Genital warts or herpes...or both?

So in Aug I was diagnosed with BV, but also noticed a small flesh colored pimple on the inside of my labia, round the are close to my vagina and anus. When I was getting tested for BV I thought they would have noticed but said nothing to me. Being too scared to ask I went along. I took my antibiotic and very soon it had disappeared. Again in Nov, in the same spot I had the same flesh colored pimple. It stung when it was rubbed against my clothes. I have also noticed I get unexplainable feelings in the back of my thighs, sometimes on the inside and my lower back.
I was again diagnosed with BV and was given another antibiotic. This pimple went down a few days after it came up.
Then I went in for my pap smear and was told I have high risk hpv. I am supposed to schedule my copolscopy. Soon after this diagnosis I noticed a flesh colored raised bump on my vaginal lip, a bit further up and on the other side. A week ago I was again diagnosed with BV and I asked the doctor if that was a wart. She looked at it and then had it frozen off.
Now I noticed I have a red, itchy burning spot next to my anus...and it looks like a bunch of tiny bumps are there when I look at them at a certain angle. I again have the wierd feeling on the back of my thighs, underneath my buttock.
I also had really bad itching on my pelvic area, right above my vagina and off to the sides.
I'm stressing hard core, not only from my high risk hpv, but the thought of telling my boyfriend, who I was going to see for New Years. We have not had sex yet, and now I feel bad that we might never get to do all the things we've talked about.

This has just been a very bad month for me. If it is genital warts its something I feel I can live with, since the chance of my body ridding it is great. But if its herpes, I feel like I've let my partner down. Been crying most days trying to figure things out, doctors appts are so expensive especially when your insurance doesn't cover a majority of things.

I am pretty sure that you need to understand that you haven't let your partner down, herpes and gential warts, can have occured 10 years ago and only show signs now....

I don't know if anyone can tell you based on your description what is occuring and I know Doctors are expensive but your pain and heart ache is worth going and getting yourself tested properly and know what's going on, we can't tell you other than, what "may be" sweetheart....

And as it can be so long ago and only arised, so it can be that he had them and gave them to you accidently.... Bacteria breads.
