Hello, I am a 26yr old and have random sharp, stabbing pains during intercourse in my right side only around the general area of my ovary. Recently, I had those stabbing pains during sex and stopped. Since then, I have those stabbing pains randomly throughout my day. These pains also happen to be accompanied by a sharp pinching in my lower back. I am bloated and do not feel hungry like I normally do. I am worried that this is something serious but I do not have insurance to see a doctor. Should I go to an ER and hope they dont pass this off as just a belly ache? (Sadly they do that a lot in the local ER) Not knowing what it is has been making me more stressed than usual. I have a history of HPV and HSV. Could these somehow be related? I have been with only one partner in the past 5 years. (Thought Id include that because of some peoples biased towards people with HSV )
Can anyone help me figure out what it could possibly be and what I should do about it?

Well HSV shouldn't have anything to do with it. You could have an infection, pinched nerve, hard to say.
