Hi everyone. Thanks for reading this because I would really like to get more information on something that has been scaring me.

I would like to set up a gyno appointment soon but it's been hard since I've been in college and it's difficult to find the free time.

I am 19 years old, a virgin, and I have small, white-clearish bumps on my vaginal lips. I would say that my vaginal lips are a little longer than most, so I thought it was from irritation. But I've read on the Internet that this could be something more serious, like herpes (but I've never had sex). I've had them for as long as I can remember and now I'm really scared because I don't know what they are and if they are harmful. I masturbate regularly, but I don't know how that would contribute to the bumps.

Sometimes I have vaginal discharge and I don't change my panties...perhaps my lips get irritated from the wetness and that's where the bumps come from? I also wear colored underwear (but they are cotton), but I don't ever go commando to let my vagina breathe.

Has this happened to any of you?
