Back in January, It started sudden I woke up to sharp stabbing on my right ovary. With a bloated stomach and constant urge to urinate, no cramps were present. Went to the ER they found moderate pelvic fluid. Nothing was done for it.

Almost every few months I'd have UTI like symptoms urge to urinate but no uti no bacteria. Also my breast started becoming tender almost a burning sensation.

Fast Forward to October 18th I was on vacation and it started again, This time I woke up to a swollen belly, cramping, urge to urinate pressure. Went to the ER, they mentioned a possible cyst rupture. This time though the cramps didn't stop..I had them off and on off and on after the rupture.

I came home on December 21st and had a transvaginal done and moderate pelvic fluid was found he mentioned a possible cyst rupture. But I was still cramping, and having urge to urinate. He put me on birth control.

Now January hits and I am on birth control for my first month, the week before my period was strong cramping, and urge to urinate or pressure. I am now on my period and have more mild if anything, tender breast, light bleeding, gassy, and urge to urinate some but not as bad.

Does this sound like endometriosis or just some bad ovulation or something else? I'm not sure and just trying to figure it out, because that cyst had already ruptured.

What I don't have is heavy bleeding, or irregularity my periods have always been on time.

OH! and there is no pain when I urinate its just a frequency and pressure to go. No pain with bowel movements I do have a hemorrhoid that causes me some itching though back there.
