Thread: What do the results of my sonogram mean?

Uterus is anteverted measuring 5.12x3.21x3.37cm (corpus only) with smooth contour and homegenous echopattern.
Endometrium is hyperechoic and smooth 1.02 cm thick.
The sub endometrial halo is intact. Within the midcavity of the endometrial lining is an ovoid, an echogenic mass measuring 1.56x0.48x1.21 cm, suspicious for endometrial polyp.
Right ovary with 10 follicles ranging in size form 0.28 to 1.02 cm
Left ovary with 3 follicles measuring 1.36, 0.72 and 0.65 cm.
Cul-de-sac smooth, with minimal free fluid.
Secretory phase endometrium.

Is there a possibility of pregnancy? My OB just said everything is normal and did not mention any pregnancy possibilities.
