Hi there
las week i was admitted to hospital with suspected ectopic pregnancy. during a very painful ultrasound they found a large haemorraghic cyst and a dermoid cyst.i have been told my ca 125 levels r high. im 29 years old so i know i have age on my side. consultant wants to take my whole ovary. this frightens me. i dont know, and wont know, til they open me up if it is malignant, btu i dont want to lose one of my ovaries. i have one little boy and well i want another one
i know it wont reduce my chances having one removed but what if they have to take more???

sorry for the rambling. my op date is week on monday

has anyone gone through this, what am i to expect??
