    Please help!

For 9 months now, iv been bleeding after intercourse. Over the last 2months iv been experiancing pain during sex and Chronic constipation. Iv now found a lump on the entrance to my vigina, which appears like a blood clot, it hurts when i urinate and theres a trace of blood in my urine. I also have a smelly discharge.

What iv done - I had a gyno appointment 3months ago, he found a tear on my cervix, however sent a letter to me saying he wasnt going to repair it. He did some swabs, which came back clear of STI's, though he didnt do a pap smear as im only 22.
Iv been back to see my GP and he has done a swab and refered be back to a gyno. He seemed worried for me... I really havnt a clue what it could be.

    Please someone help me

    thankyou xx

The best thing to do is try to relieve the stress over this as it will worsen anything. Eat vitamin C rich food to help your body's immune system. And yes, even if you are 22, you might want to get that pap smear since you've been sexually active all this time.

Of course you can get a pap smear at 22 and being sexually active, it will give you all the answers you want. Insist that you want one.

My guess is that this is more of a tear-related issue than cancer. Cancer doesn't tend to show many symptoms such as bleeding and if your doctor thought it could be cancer he'd send you to do a lot more tests.

Cancers, generally speaking, are also NOT painful until they are very advanced...

If I were you, I'd get a pap smear, demand it if you have to and maybe get a second opinion regarding the tear and the lump.

You need a full culture to rule all out. He needs to do a swab and gram smear, plus a pap. Find out how do get the tear repaired, and find out what the lump is about. I'd be aggressive, and demand what you need from your gyno!!!!
