Please help, weird growth down there and not quite sure what it could be. 20/f

My boyfriend and I became sexually active at the beginning of January 2011. Around February 14th, I noticed two raised lines that felt gritty on my perineum (the skin between my vagina and anus). They have since grown and raised pretty quickly into these weird growths and I have googled many things and I cannot figure out what they are. I am thinking and denying that they may be HPV 6 or 11, that cause genital warts. They don't hurt and they are flesh colored. Please let me know what you think, I took two pictures on my DSLR camera, one with natural light and one with a flash so you can see both views. Please help me out, I am currently at my mom's on Spring break and if it seems serious I want to talk to her about it and go to a OBGYN tomorrow. ASAP. Also Could my boyfriend carry HPV 6 11 etc and not show any symptoms? Thank you so much!

As a Health Care Professional, I wouldn't want to diagnose over the net on the bases of these pictures, but in my experience they certainly do look like HPV. Get to the doctor for a proper diagnonis and information.
