Thread: Nipple acne?

This morning I found acne-like spots on my nipples, quite close to the centre. There is one on one side, and what seems to be two or three on the other, although it's hard to tell as they are close together. When I squeezed one to see if it was indeed some sort of acne, pus came out, in much the same way as spots on the rest of my skin do. It's probably nothing to worry about, but it's never happened before, and I really could do with knowing whether or not it is something I ought to go to a doctor about?
