For years I have had a dirt-like solid substance that accumulates in my outer vaginal creases as the day goes on, and I've asked two gynecologists about it and neither of them could give me an answer. It doesn't smell or itch, but it just means that I have to clean myself several times a day, and there's no spontaneous sex because of this! I don't have any STDs so I have no idea what this could possibly be...please help!
