For about a month now, I have noticed growths around the opening of my vagina. Then they spread to the inside of my vagina and even up around my clitoris. They are very small, but seem to be spreading. I was afraid it could be HPV, but my pap smear came back normal. Does anyone have any idea what this could be and what I should do about it?
