Question I have a problem but I don't know what it is!

I am 19, have been taking birth control for the past year and I had a UTI in October.

    - For the past 3 months I have been having the urge to pee more frequently.

    - Haven't had a period in two months. Haven't taken birth control in a month to see if I would get my period.

    - I 've had UTI like pain the past 2 weeks (pains in bladder)

    - Lately after I have sex I notice just a spot of blood when I go to the bathroom.

I went to an urgent care and they ran a test on my urine, sent me home with antibiotics and told me three days later that I don't have a UTI. I am also not pregnant.

What could possibly be wrong with me?

I had a similar situation, which was actually ended up being a UTI infection and I went to an urgent care centre. They sent me home with 3 days of antibiotics and I was fine for a few days but then the pain and urgency to pee came back even worse so I had to call in sick to work and schedule an appointment with my family doctor.
From what he told me often times urgent care centres dont want to give you a full/strong regime of antibiotics because a lot of people make their problems seem worse than they are. So try going to a different doctor and explaining your circumstances in the future.

However, vaginal bleeding fits in better with a STI or another abdormality.
I would suggest going to your gyno and explaining your symptoms. They will be able to do all STI testing and give you a physical examination to check for abdormalities that you may not be able to feel or have missed.
Also remember that if it is and STI you will have to tell your partner and have them tested and treated for it before having intercourse again.

Well urgent care tested by urine and said it came back negative, would they really lie about that? Also, I scheduled an appointment with my obg so hopefully he will be able to give me some answers!

    Thanks for your help!
