I had a similar situation, which was actually ended up being a UTI infection and I went to an urgent care centre. They sent me home with 3 days of antibiotics and I was fine for a few days but then the pain and urgency to pee came back even worse so I had to call in sick to work and schedule an appointment with my family doctor.
From what he told me often times urgent care centres dont want to give you a full/strong regime of antibiotics because a lot of people make their problems seem worse than they are. So try going to a different doctor and explaining your circumstances in the future.
However, vaginal bleeding fits in better with a STI or another abdormality.
I would suggest going to your gyno and explaining your symptoms. They will be able to do all STI testing and give you a physical examination to check for abdormalities that you may not be able to feel or have missed.
Also remember that if it is and STI you will have to tell your partner and have them tested and treated for it before having intercourse again.
