    Default Sore Down There

So I have a weird sore between mi inner labia. Right above my vagina and pee hole. (excuse me if my words aren't scientific). But I think it was a cut from playing with myself too hard with an object. And that's exactly what I was doing the night before I woke up with the pain. I am NOT going to talk to a doctor. It's very painful. YES, I'm a virigin. I'm 16. It started hurting and I thought, another UTI. and over my pants I was touching down there to see where it hurts the most. Which was where I guess I would go pee. I figured that because that's where it hurt, it stung to pee a little, and hurt like to wipe!!
So after school I was fed up and decided to take a look with a little makeup mirror. And it's a nasty looking sore. Hasn't been bleeding, but sure looks like it could. It looked infected a little. But it's not bleeding or leaking or anything.
Question, has anyone else had an injury down there? And if so, how long would something like that take to heal? And can I put neosporin down there or something? I really can't go ask for special medicines because I live with my dad and it's very awkward, as you would imagine. But I'm very uncomfortable and in much pain. And on top of that, I have pneumonia forming in my right lung.
Anything would help!!! hugs & kisses

Would be best to clean it with a proper disinfectant like betadine or chlorhexadine at least one but preferably once daily until it disappears. Then keep the area clean and dry. Feminine wipes would be handy or rinse in the shower with soap more than once a day and pat the area fully dry afterward.

If it fails to go away after keeping it disinfected and cleaned or other sores appear you need to see a doctor. The wound may need better cleaning than you can give it and/or antibiotics or it could have an underlying cause that needs treated. Even as a virgin there are ways to get some illnesses.
