    Exclamation Two problems!

Okay so I'm 13 and I dont want to see a doctor or tell my mom, if possible.
So I'll start with my first problem. A few days ago a noticed a bump right by my nipple. It was really small. No bigger then a ladybug. It hurt to touch and when I woke up it started to scab. Two days later it's still here... What could it be?

Problem two. This is a bit weird. But. After I pee and go to wipe my vagina hurts. It doesn't burn, it like stings. It appears to look normal, but I'm not sure what's happening.

Answers are really appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the Forum young lady

First I am not sure bed bugs, fleas can cause a bump and scab, is it itchy?

Secondly Thrush from wearing nylon or tight jeans can cause a stinging feeling but usually that is itchy as well sometimes swollen.

I am sorry to ask this but it's important in order to answer you questions .

Are you sexually active? This would make the answers perhaps different. I would think not but it's an anonymous Forum and if not asked, then we can only stear you in one direction.

As far as the bump.... is it more on the surface of your breast or does it seem like a lump in your breast? The breast has pores and from the sounds of it it could be a clogged pore or duct... and it would be sore (almost like a pimple) keep and eye on it and see if it starts to go away on it's own... if it hasn't gotten better within a few days you may want to see a doctor (or perhaps school nurse if your are more comfortable with that)

CW asked a very important question about you being sexually active.... if the answer is no, then you can rule out sexually transmitted diseases... if the answer is yes, please go and see a doctor. If it is a STD it may seem to "go away" but an untreated STD can have serious effects and you need to get treated (usually with medication) so no permanent damage is caused.
If tha answer is no, it could possibly be a Urinary tract infection (UTI) which is usually accompanied with a fever, and lower back pain where your kidneys are. If that is the case you may need to see a doctor to get antiobiotics. Cranberry juice is good for flushing the kidneys.
Another possiblity could be a yeast infection which are irritating, uncomfortable but can be treated with medication you can buy at most drug/grocery stores (Monistat, Gynolotromin) it's a cream and depending on which kind you buy it's either a 1 day, 3 day or 7 day treatment. You can google UTI's and Yeast infections to see if they fit your symptoms but it's nothing to be embarassed about, I think every female over the age of 25 has had a UTI or yeast infection at some point in her life. You should really consider seeing a doctor to get a proper diagnosis.
I hope everything works out for you, please keep us posted.
