Pinkish Discharge after using clotrimazole to treat a yeast infection
I've had a yeast infection for a month but i finally went to my gynecologist on Friday. She told to use clotrimazole as a treatment. By Saturday afternoon my discharge had become pinkish. I am sexually active but on the birth control pill. Is there a reason my discharge changed colors?
It is simply the drug doing its job. That job is to remove the infection, and in the process of removing the infection some will discharge out.
