Many members have suggested buying "00 Gel capsules" at a health food store, filling them with *something* (depending on the problem) and inserting it into the vagina to cure or alleviate symptoms of infection.

What should I be looking for when purchasing these capsules? How do I know they are made of the stuff that will easily dissolve in the vagina?
