Hi, I'm a 20 year old female and aside from recovering from chronic fatigue syndrome and having mild eczema, I'm relatively healthy. Recently (the past 2 months ish) I've experienced an odd problem I've never had before. When I'm walking (I walk for exercise) I notice I get excessive vaginal discharge, and also a bit more sweat in that region than is normal. I have no itching or any discomfort (other than the damp feeling) and it's normal clear. I've also experienced the urge to pee more than normal, but I think I've had some cyctitis which is clearing up now. So far it hasn't been bad enough to come through my clothes, but I'm so paranoid about it. It also seems to be worse before and after my period. I make sure to wear cotton undies, and I usually wear jeans (not tight fitting) but I've always worn jeans and I've never had a problem.
Is this normal? Is there anything I can do other than wear pantyliners and hope it doesn't get worse?
Thanks for any help!
I get the same symptoms when I exercise (elliptical machine). I know I sometimes leak urine if I am really working hard, so I try to keep up on my keagles. I swear getting getting into my early middle age that my vagina just has a different Ph and have had discharge totally different then even 5 years ago.
I stick with my keagles and exercise. It's something I have just kind of 'accepted'.
I have had many friends tell me what you eat can really effect your discharge. More fruits and veggies
Hope it does get better.
