I see a lot of different things to try. I don't know where to start. Should I try the peroxide with water method first? Should I buy some supplements? I see so many ideas I don't know where to start. Can someone give me direction?

I have had BV since after the birth of my second child. He is about to be 4 in a few months. I get the discharge and the odor. It is embarassing. What usually works for me is wearing a tampon to mask the odor and put up with the discharge. Can you imagine wearing a tampon or pad for almost four years??? It's horrible. I have gone to 5 gynos and gotten Clindeese prescribed each time. No one wants me to try anything else so I have to keep going to a new gyno and they just end up giving me the same thing. It's frustrating. I don't want to have the discharge or that smell anymore. When I found this site I was hoping to get an idea and now I have so many that I don't know where to begin.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not a nurse or a doctor. I have read, however, for bacterial infections it is really bad to wear tampons because they hold the bacterial inside your vagina instead of letting your vagina flush itself or something to that effect. The constant tampon use may be counterproductive.

Default Bv new product

I just found this website and product and for anyone who is interested here is the link. Nice friendly doctor talking about BV.
I haven't tried Balance Activ but it sounds good!

TheFamilyGp.com TV - Dr Chris Steele of ITV's This Morning medical and health news and comment by video.

I am still bv free currently. But am interested in trying the Balance Activ.

Also feeling heaps less stressed out about everything. I wonder if it's all connected somehow.

Yeah, I'll try to wear pads then. Thanks for the advice.

DetectiveSarah - The balance activ looks promising but it is not available in the United States.

Doctors usually prescribe it to you.
