Default Whey Powder

I've got it back...again.
It's whey powder, I got it at the health food shop. It is a dry pale white/yellow powder, water soluble.
But I am in Australia - I think the brand would be different to USA.

When you find it in the shop, look on the back at the nutritional information, and where it says Carbohydrates - Sugars - per 100g, it should say about 75g.
That means it's 75% lactose.
Mine says 74.3g - good enough.
It also says it's Cheese Whey.

Good Luck and let me know how you go Please. I know it works for me but i would hate to be giving out bad advice.

DS.

Has anyone tried garlic yet? I read that putting garlic vaginally works. Any success stories with that?

Smile Lady Balance denmark

I found on the internet a product called Lady Balance. I tried posting the link but it got deleted.

google search ; lady balance denmark

and read the testimonials and I have ordered some
(even tho my home whey powder remedy is working great!) and you would be doing yourself a favour to at least have a look at the site for yourself.
In their group tests it was 100% success of eliminating bv.

and it is natural - no drugs. but have a look for yrself and make up yr own mind.

Red face **missb* reply

I wanted to pm you, I didn't want to hijack this thread - sorry everyone.

How I do the whey powder which has fixed my own bv...[ i saw my bf on monday nite and he said i was delicious, yes it's working]
you can laugh - it makes me laugh what i have to do but....
I started by mixing whey powder with water and squirting it up my vag.
and then that's been inconvenient and messy - but it did work-
so I started making tiny little balls of it to put up my vag. - here's how I do it - it sounds really silly I know - sorry!
I just get a palmful of whey powder in my palm, and add a few drops of water and knead it til it forms a doughy texture. If it's too wet, add more whey, if it's too dry add water one drop at a time. duh! so - until it's like playdough texture. and then make little balls the size of a pea. I store the balls in a little container with some loose whey powder.
Anway - you can insert a ball straight away, and the others dry out and just put one in your vag every day.
You just insert the little whey ball into your vagina up as far as it can go.

Yeast infections live on glucose not lactose so this will not give you thrush.

see it's a little bit silly but it works and we stayed in a hotel the other day and I just popped one in after we had sex (cos I am still paranoid BV will return) and it was no mess.

If this works or doesn't work for you let me know - cos I don't want to be giving out bad advice to anyone.

and i want to get pregnant next year and this makes it more possible, now I have a moist and normal ph vag.

PS. No I didn't get abdominal pain with my bv. I got anxiety though.
I am also prone to really bad constipation and nothing I try helps that and I was wondering myself if that had anything to do with BV.
Has anyone else found this, that they suffer constipation?
