Your new partner may have something to do with it - my ex was terrible for triggering off BV in me, his pH was so different to mine we couldn't have sex without this problem. But it may just be that something has triggered off one infection and now everything is thrown-off so it's become like a domino effect.
Firstly - sex - if his semen may be causing you problems try either abstaining or using condoms for a while (which you should be doing during infections anyway), and if you normally use lubrication try switching to something natural or none at all if possible.
Try testing your pH verses his pH - home pH testing kits are available from a few places. From that you can also try changing both of your pH a little bit - you'll find information on doing this on many TTC sites, small things like dietary changes may be helpful to you both.
Rule out anything bad for your vagina that may be throwing things off - never use anything but water to wash with, and if you normally use tampons consider using softcups or menstrual cups as tampons have a major effect on both pH and vaginal flora, or if you normally use commercial liners/pads try cotton or cloth.
Trust that your vagina is better than ANYTHING ELSE when it comes to sorting itself out - it sucks, I know, I had re-occurring BV for years. It'll sort itself out.
