horrible emotional symptoms before my period

Ok I have noticed lately my emotional state has been out of balance like a week before my period starts.
I start to feel irritated by little things and feel very upset and I want to cry most of the time and I dont have a reason for crying.
I will be fine and then the next minute I will feel very sad and want to cry and feel like my life is a mess and I hate myself and noone else likes me and all that kind od weird feelings.

My mood is affected and I get in a bad mood with someone so easily and over something so small and stupid, I got it today aswell.

I have had two warnings at work for my disruptive behaviour and outbursts and they both were dated for the 22nd of July and 20th August and it is now the 20th of September and have noticed my mood imbalance coming back.

I have also noticed a horrible period when it comes extreme period pain in the pelvic area and lower back to the point where I am curled over crying in pain and almost vomiting because the pain is so unbearable. I also feel genuinely unwell and I get headaches with it too.

I feel like a right mess and I dont know what to do with myself

I am scared of getting my period and the week prior to getting it and now I'm living in fear of it.

Any advice?

Are you on birth control? Most doctors would prescribe some sort of birth control pill for things like this. I'd definitely recommend looking into this if you haven't already - fortunately there can sometimes be "quick fixes" for disruptive periods like yours.

I think she mentioned it to me but I wasnt too sure but I might consider it if my period continues to be like it is.
