I have had some severe pain in my pelvic area. What I don't understand is where the pain is there is no organs. It is always on my right side and very low almost where my leg and pelvis meet. The pain feels like a cluster of balloons popping and is extremely painful. All I can do is hold the area until they pass. They come and go. I could go 3 months without them and then I get them two days in a row. It usually lasts for 10 seconds then repeats again and then goes away. I am 37 and have had two children. They happend before I had kids, when I was pregnant, and are still happening. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing these pains. I read another post that talks about similar pains, but it sounded to me that there was vaginal pain with those, and this isn't vaginal at all. It is lower pelvic pain and it is bad.

Perhaps cysts on your ovaries? Problems with kidneys? have you gotten this checked out by a doctor?
~Today, any person can fight the battles of one day It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's- yesterday and tomorrow, that we break down. It is not the experience of today that drives people mad. It is the remorse of bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
Let us therefore, live but one day at a time.~

No not yet. When I have mentioned it to her in the past she says everything seems fine. I have had ovarian cysts in the past and the pain was completely different. It was more of a dull pain that wouldn't go away. This pain is much lower than where my ovaries are. It is really bizarre. I never thought about my kidneys but I would think that pain would be in my back more than in my lower pelvis...

Perhaps your cysts are trying to rupture. Be on the lookout for a weird discharge. I just had a cyst rupture and I thought it was some sort of freaky period until the pain really slammed me. Try talking to your doctor again and be persistent about getting some answers.
