Hi everyone. I got Mirena about 2 years ago and I've never had any spotting or anything. But recently, sex is kind of painful for me in certain positions. It feels like my guy keeps hitting my cervix, and its really tender. And then I bleed after sex. And ever since the last time I had sex about 2 weeks ago I've been spotting. Is this bad? It doesn't seem normal for me.

I would call your doctor, just in case it repositioned itself. It might not be anything serious, but why take the chance?
~Today, any person can fight the battles of one day It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's- yesterday and tomorrow, that we break down. It is not the experience of today that drives people mad. It is the remorse of bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.
Let us therefore, live but one day at a time.~
