Could be ovarian cyst. But I would get it checked out, because abdo pain can mean many different things (gall bladder, appendix, heart attack, cyst).
I get cysts constantly, so now know what they feel like. But depending on which side its on, sometimes it gives same "symptoms" as an acute appendicitis attack. Mine usually only last 12-24 hours, and they go away. If the pain is ever more than that, I always go to the ER. Also, my pain is always a dull ache, but gets worse if I have just eaten or have to pee. Its better when I curl up in the fetal position. Worse when I am upright.
I would get it looked at, as it could be anything. But at least if its a cyst they can do an ultrasound and figure out if that's what it is. I ended up finding out about my cysts because I was having severe bouts of abdo pain -- initially they thought it was a GI bleed (because my blood pressure and pulse are very low), then thought it was my appendix, then gall bladder --- ended up taking a few months to "spot" a cyst.
Cysts can be an issue if they get too big. Mine usually get to a point, then they just go away. But sometimes they do need to be surgically removed.
