Ok, so I am awaiting an MRI to see if I have Arteriovenous Malformation
(AVM) in the Uterus. The symptoms of this are abnormal periods which in my case I always have a normal period which tapers off, then a day or so later I have gushes of blood with clots. This can last for up to another week. Now as if this isn't frustrating enough, I recently noticed that on the right side very near my vagina a strange feeling with slight pain, almost feels like a pulled muscle or something. It has not worsened since I noticed it a couple of weeks ago, but has not really gotten any better either.
To describe it, I would say it's almost indecisive as to where the feeling is coming from, feels internal but almost feels like a bruise near the groin area as well. So, I felt down there to see if I noticed any difference between the left and right side of vagina and did notice that one of the "lips" is bigger on one side near the rear end of it. I pushed on it, tried to feel for any noticeable lumps and I don't feel anymore or less pain. It's just more annoying than anything and getting to be worrysome for me. I can't make an appointment until next week so any ideas or similar stories with diagnosis would be greatly appreciated.
