I have been having very painfill cramps the last year or so, and very heavy periods that last two weeks. The first week, it is basically very light to non existent until my husband and I have sex. Then it flows like a river, but gone again the next day. Then for the last week it is so heavy with clots. I have a very sore lower back, and horrid cramps. Nothing helps. I've tried ice packs, warm packs, tylenol and advil. We have been trying to get pregnant for nine months, and nothing. Each month the pain gets worse. Anybody have ideas? FYI, the doctor says this is normal????
