Plain, unsweetened yogurt is what I've read. Sugar is VERY attractive to yeast/candida.

However... There is probably a difference between unsweetened and being naturally sweet...

It is best to use PLAIN yogurt. No flavor at all. Then soak the tampon it it, and freeze it. It works amazingly well, and it soothes!! The sugar part? Well, if you get a plain yogurt there wont be a lot of sugar. Natural sugars are okay, artificial are not. And try cutting ANYTHING out of your diet that contains yeast!

Okay it's just natural sugar! All good. I can't insert it yet because I'm on my period now and I can barely eat it because I have really severe tonsillitis (the antibiotics of which gave me a yeast infection)
