Default PCOS Diet Plan

I am diagonsed with PCOS though i have very few symptoms of it. I am not over weight, no facial hair growth.

I was looking for the Diet plan for PCOS online, every where i find diet plan for weight loss as that was the main symptom of PCOS and should control the weight.

But I am too worried that if i start being on that diet i will loose more weight which makes me under weight.

So just wanted to know if any one of you are familiar with any diet plan that will still keep me with the same weight.

Another Concern, I heard that PCOS causes issues in preganncy even though my doctor did not stress on it, i am worried about how severe this effects the preganncy.

Thank you all for reading my post and appericiate any inputs on this.

Thanks again

Default hello

I was diagnosed 3 years ago with pcos and I have every symptom. There really isn't anything that might not make you loose weight but my dr.told me and threw my own reserach that staying away from sugar and using honey instead and also no fried or high fatty foods and starchy stuff and also eat wheat products can help regulate your hormones back to normal. It will take some time but pcos is a hormone imbalance and it can cause so many things in your body to go wrong.I had high blood pressure until my pcos was getting under control.Mainly having periods.I could go 2 years without ever even having a period. It can cause infertility.I have been having issues with this but there is so much more help out there now then what there used to be.So good luck.
