Red face Inner Labia Sore - Advice?

Okay, here's the situation: About four days ago I developed what appeared to be a small swollen bump on my inner labia. I already had a swollen, itchy bump in my outer vaginal area (under the hair) which had been there for several weeks and didn't think too much of it because I got treated for a minor infection a few years ago and this seemed to be the same thing. Anyway, so, I assumed this one in my labia was just that. Over the past day or so it's become more painful and today it hurts when I urinate. I looked and it's now a bit open on the top and there is a very small amount of pinkish liquid coming out.

Basically, I now think this one is not the same as the other because it's progressing fairly rapidly and, rather than just itching, it's actually painful. At the moment, I have no health insurance and nearly no money, so I was hoping to put off going to the doctor 'til next month when that will change. I'm not really asking for a diagnosis because I recognize that I ought to seek medical help. I just want to see if people think I can afford to wait a month. I'm hopeful that it will hurt for another couple of days and then go away. Due to the location, I'm thinking it could be a problem with my Bartholin Gland.

Anyway, any thoughts? I'm 25 and a virgin, so please keep that in mind.

It does sound like the Bartholins gland there should be some cream you can buy over the counter at your chemist, but then again i would get checked over by your doctor.

    Hope you feel better soon
