Thread: I have a large purplish gray bump near vaginal area

okay its more in my crotch but i didnt want to say that in the title...i've had it ever since i waxed there a couple of months ago...is it an ingrown hair or a cyst? its very dark right in the middle and then swollen around it..it doesn't hurt but im scared its like...a tumor

I had what sound like the exact same thing about a year ago. I rushed to the doctor and it turned out to be from shaving. She said to use a hot compress and take it easy. It went away within about a week or so. She said it can also be caused by rough sex.
