Thread: Bumps

Hey everyone!
Ok well every once in awhile i break out in bumps down there and they last a couple of weeks usually. I don't think that it's a std or anything because I've only been with one man and I had them way before him and I've had a pap test twice and the first time i still had a couple of bumps, and I felt my doctor look at them but she didn't say anything. And I've always been kind of embarrased to ask.....yeah I know I shouldn't be but still...but anyhow my question is should I just leave them alone or try to...pop them...I know that sounds gross... I'm definently going to ask my doctor about it when I have to go get another pap test in 3 months because I would love to find a way to get rid of this problem.It's really hard to tell a man no but you can't really give a good reason...I'm to embarrased to tell him about it also...So yeah any help would be appreciated!

Sore bumps on the inner lips,it could be the Bartholin gland thats swollen.It the lubricating glands at the back of the vulva.If you have any questions you ask your doctor thats what they are there for,or ask the nurse next time you have a smear test.
