So, I'm having troubles figuring out how to explain this.

10 months ago or so, I got this weird lump (or what I thought was a lump).

It didn't hurt or anything so, being the stubborn person I usually am, I ignored it. It went away.

Not too long ago, where the lump was there is a piece of extra skin. It's not thin, it's not filled with blood or pus or anything, it's just skin.

It's located just outside of my labia.

I am sexually active, or was. I haven't had sex since the extra patch of skin got bigger and more painful. It has a white greyish color at the top and it's definitely not smooth.
Only been active with 2 guys, and haven't had unprotected sex. I know there are many other ways to get STD's and I'm deadly afraid of having one, I just want this to be over with. I've also noticed I've been extremely hormonal and depressive, but I've always been depressive and I thought that being in a new place just made that worse. Thinking back, I think that it's been related more with the appearance on the new patch of skin... But I could be overthinking things and freaking out more than anything else.

Today, I got my period, and it's been extremely painful. I'm currently locked up in my room because I'm embarrassed to go out.

I don't know what to do. Well.. I know, I need to go to a doctor, but I just moved to this place and I'm alone with my roommates that I met just a couple of weeks ago. I have no car and depend on public transportation that is not running safely at this hour.

I've been looking through the internet and I can't find anything on what it could be. I'm desperately waiting for tomorrow to come so I can make an appointment with a doctor or go to whatever hospital the bus can take me. Any advice? Comment? Anything? I have no one to talk with and I don't know what to do.
