So i just went to clinic a couple days ago and was told i have some form of bacterial vaginitis...or something like that....well, last night, i felt a stinging shooting pain on my clitoris or maybe it's my prepuce...but it's that upper top of the vagina...would anyone know WHY it would be stinging and hurting?? the doctor told me to stop using soap down there, so i did....i'm really nervous about it...i'm young, had sex only twice in my life with the same guy and it was 5 months ago..since then i haven't done anytime....could it be something bad??

From things I have read about bacterial vaginitis in the past, I'm fairly certain that it is completely normal to have pain and stinging down there, if you have it. Did your doctor give you any other instructions, other than to stop using that soap? If not, and pain continues, I would recommend going back to the doctor.
