This is very confusing to me as I have never had sex, or any sexual activity, and yet I've had small lumps that almost feel like pimples on my outer labia on and off for a while. They always go away within two or three days, and don't appear again for quite awhile. Recently, however, I discovered a similar lump but larger on the inside of my thigh, about two inches away from the genital area. I am now very worried, has anyone experienced anything similar??? Thanks in advance.
