    Unhappy stabbing pain

I have a question - any idea what this might be? I have a stabbing pain in my lower pelvic. It's intermittant, but sharp. It sometimes is also like inside the cervix, too.

I do have hpv which has led to cervical dysplasia. I had surgery for that in my young 20's and it came back again & I had surgery back in nov. (I am now 40.) I've also had endometriosis since my teens. So, I know a lot about pain, been thru so many procedures, done so much research, etc. my entire adulthood. However, I've never felt this pain b4. I see my gyno the end of next month - it just feels so far away right now.

    Thanks!

I also have endo and was diagnosed when I was 17 (I'm 35 now) I had the sharp pains down low as well and found out that I had cycts on both ovaries. I am scheduled for a hyterectomy on March 5th. I feel your pain, I know what it feels like to live with endo for a long period of time. I'm glad that you have an appt- hopefully the Dr can get this straightened out fo ryou!

I get the same thing and chalk it up to eiter my endo or ovarian cysts. My gyno is one of the best in the country and says that you shouldn't have pain with cysts but I have a hard time believing that. When ever I have pain bad enough to be seen they discover a cyst. I am finding this to be less and less of a coincidence. Good luck with everything.
