Red face Follow up visit with my OBGYN after Laparoscopy surgery

Hi my name is Jill closs Tomorrow I have a follow up visit with my OBGYN I just had a Laparoscopy done on Thursday February 13 I want to know if she will do a exam the real reason is just right below where she made a very small cut further down I have this real bad itching that won't go away. Tomorrow is my appointment should I called doctor and let her nurse know about the really bad itching that I'm having or just wait until my Appointment and let her know about my itching that I'm having and hoping that she will have time do do a pelvic exam on me. Thanks any Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Jill Closs
